Upon full payment, you receive full rights to your final website design and content. However, Brand Launcher retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios and marketing materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate content, feedback, and materials on time. Delays in response may extend project timelines.

5. Revisions

Revisions are provided as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brand Launcher is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use, downtime, or third-party integrations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your operational region if different).
